Meet Gregory | Co-Host of Fitness For Consumption
Gregory Gordon, MA, is a movement scientist with a focus in pain management and motor skill performance, who has spent the past twenty years customizing strength and conditioning programs to fit the specific needs of his diverse clientele.
Gregory founded Exercise-Intelligence in 2009 for the purpose of providing biomechanics-based services for consumers and professionals within the health industry. The Chelsea, NYC office of Exercise-Intelligence established the first dedicated Muscle Activation Techniques clinic in New York City.
From 2014 to 2016, Gregory served as a Teaching Fellow for the Cybex Research Institute, the research and education arm of Cybex International. His responsibilities included writing and teaching neuroscience-based continuing education content for exercise professionals around the world.
Gregory has also served as a consultant to professional sports teams, Hollywood stunt coordinators and aerial cirque acrobatic performers.
Gregory's current area of interest is exploring the role of self organization of the nervous system in terms of prioritizing muscle system function and tissue repair
